What are your candles made with?

We make our candles with Natural Soy Wax, Essential Oils, and Fragrance Oils.  

Where do you ship from?

All candles are hand-poured and shipped from Nashville, TN. In stock orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and typically ship out within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

NOTE: Due to having the best customers in the world who are showing us amazing support, we are experiencing a higher than usual order volume and your order may take slightly longer than usual to ship. Thanks for your patience. 

Orders containing Personal Fragrance can take up to 7 business days to arrive. Customers shipping outside of the contiguous US may be responsible for import duties.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We get it. You're about to purchase something you can't smell until you have it in hand. To make sure you are happy no matter what, we will replace, exchange, or return the product at any time, no matter what. To return your candle, please fill out the Contact form and put "return" + your order number in the subject line and the reason for return in the message. 

What do I do if my candle arrived broken? 

First of all, we are so sorry that this has happened. Despite every effort to keep your candle safe, glass sometime breaks during shipment. But don't worry, it's an easy fix. Just email us a picture of your broken candle as well as a copy of your shipping confirmation if you have it (check your email) and we will ship you a brand new candle asap!
