Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid or Remote Optional)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to own and elevate the customer experience across all digital channels. From responding to customers via email, chat, Gorgias, and social media DMs, to supporting in-store inquiries and occasional wholesale questions, this role is the frontline voice of Ranger Station. You’ll not only serve our customers directly, but also help shape our overall CX strategy and improve internal workflows, reporting directly to the Brand Director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer communication across ecommerce channels including email, live chat, Gorgias, and chatbot platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok DMs and comments).
- Provide support to owned retail locations for customer service needs and act as liaison for resolving escalated issues.
- Monitor, manage, and improve response times and customer satisfaction across all CX channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with fulfillment, product, marketing, and retail teams to resolve customer concerns and track common issues.
- Assist with responding to wholesale inquiries via email or DM as a backup to the wholesale team.
- Analyze support trends and propose solutions to reduce ticket volume and improve the customer journey.
- Recommend and implement improvements to tools, automation, macros, and processes to create a seamless and efficient support experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, policies, and brand voice to ensure consistent and helpful responses.

Track and report on KPIs related to customer service, identifying opportunities to enhance the overall brand experience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
- Proficiency in Gorgias, Shopify, and major social media platforms.
- Experience working with chatbots or automated customer service tools a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with a customer-first, brand-aligned tone.
- Comfortable taking ownership of the customer service strategy and proactively solving issues.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our upcoming New York City boutique, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fragrance, and the ability to foster a customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
- Drive sales performance through personalized customer interactions and storytelling.
- Maintain an inviting and luxurious in-store atmosphere that aligns with the Ranger Station brand.
- Develop customer loyalty by building relationships and executing VIP clienteling strategies and community events.
Store Operations
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Ensure accurate execution of POS transactions and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and store goals.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance product presentation and brand storytelling.
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals and expectations for staff, conducting regular coaching and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, motivation, and continuous learning.
- Lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and adherence to brand standards.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Be instrumental in introducing our brand to the NYC community, creating an engaging in-store experience, and driving sales growth.
- Partner with the marketing team to execute in-store events and activations.
- Build relationships with local brands and customers to drive brand awareness.
- Leverage social media and in-store promotions to enhance foot traffic and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury, fragrance, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for storytelling and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Ranger Station Fragrance Guide - Retail Associate

Ranger Station is your destination for premium fragrances and candles inspired by the great outdoors. In our Nashville Fragrance House, we believe life was meant to be an adventure, and scent makes it an experience.
As a Fragrance Guide at Ranger Station, you will be responsible for leading customers through a fragrance journey. You will be expected to have an unsurpassed knowledge of the product, how it is made, and the Ranger Station story. You must represent the brand well through creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to explore the Ranger Station products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming, educational shopping experience for all customers
- Engage with customers to learn their fragrance preferences and recommend products
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all fragrance and candle contents, ingredients, and manufacturing processes
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront, including product displays and inventory management
- Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and events
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
