RAASAY 'WHILE WE WAIT'
The Isle of Raasay (part of Scotland) has never released a scotch. Or least they have not done so legally. The island has a long history of illegal distilling, but this year, Raasay Distillery will release the first legal Isle Of Raasay distilled Single Malt Scotch.
It isn't out yet, so while we wait for that glorious day, they have just released (for pre-order) this "While We Wait" bottle. Slightly peated and finished in Tuscan red wine casks, this bottle is sure to be amazing.
