Smells like: hammond oil / carolina honey / blue ridge isoprene / heartlands
Top: Aldehyde, Rhubarb
Middle: Fir Needle, Frankincense
Bottom: Musk, Patchouli, Tobacco, Cedar, Balsam
A candle inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains and the soul of Marcus King’s new album, Darling Blue.
“This record’s all about being back home,” Marcus shares. “It’s about the love I have for the area of the country and the people I come from.”
Darling Blue is that love, distilled into scent form. Drawing from the Blue Ridge Mountains where Marcus was raised, the fragrance was designed around his core memories from childhood and early years cutting his teeth as a touring musician. The scent opens with clean, airy aldehyde and bright, sharp rhubarb—an intro that clears space for what’s to come. At its heart, you’ll find grounding notes of fir needle and frankincense which bring to mind evergreen trees lining hollers, paired with the distinct, gritty minerality of the oil which keeps his Hammond organ running right. Notes of musk, patchouli, cedar, and balsam underpin the scent with a woody, earthen familiarity, and the sweet warmth of tobacco feels like home.
All together, Darling Blue is a celebration of the scents that have shaped Marcus King. From oakmoss and smoky amber to worn leather and the nostalgia of Hammond oil, this candle carries both grit and grace—and for Marcus, it’s more than a fragrance: it’s home.

01. Candles
The First Burn
The first burn is the most important. Make sure the melt pool reaches all sides of the candle before extinguishing otherwise tunneling can occur.
Subsequent Burns
Try to make a habit of letting the melt pool always reach the sides of the candle to ensure you capture the candles whole potential. Never exceed 4 hours of burning.
Trim Your Wicks
Always trim your wicks to 1/4" before every burn so that the candle does not burn faster than it should.
Candles To Cocktails
All of our 8 oz glass candles are hand poured into cocktail glasses. Here's how to transform them.
Place candle in freezer overnight.
Run hot tap water over wax to loosen and then remove with wooden utensil.
Remove wick tabs from base of glass (they may have come out with the wax already). If they do not remove easily, fill the glass with warm water and dish soap and let them soak.
Clean out glass with soap and water.
Pour your drink of choice and say 'cheers'.
02. Perfume
